To qualify for a return, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it.
• Please keep the original packaging intact. We love it when things come back home in their original cozy boxes!
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return request. Don’t wait too long—time flies!

How to Start Your Return:

Ready to send it back? Great! Please send an email to patron-loudest-0o@icloud.com to request a return. In your email, let us know why you’re returning the item, and we’ll provide you with the return address and further instructions on how to proceed.

Note: Please do not ship your item back to us without first contacting us via email. We need to give you the correct details to ensure your package finds its way back safely!

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take a little extra time for the refund to appear in your account, so please be patient.
